It's time for karate workout. For this purpose I have my personal punching bag. I'm going to practice such kicks as side kick to the head and stomach, roundhouse kick, multiple kick in stomach, windmill kick to the face, jump kick and of course a multiple slap to the face. In addition, I will employ my punching bag for practice high foot choke and foot pressing to the stomach.
